Mobile communication and internet have become very popular technologies, with over 26 million mobile phone users in Taiwan alone in 2009, accounting for over 115% of the population. By 2007, mobile internet users in Taiwan had grown to over 1.7 million people, representing 66% of all mobile communication users. Future wireless systems will need to provide high transmission rates for multimedia like images and voice within bandwidth constraints while continuing to improve technologies to provide better services.

Chapter 1 Introduction
Mobile communication and internet are the most popular technology in the world nowadays,
and also counted for increasing the importance of people’s live. Until 2009, there are about 26,65
million mobile phone users in Taiwan, approximately 115,18% of the total population. It represents a
fact that nearly 20% of people has two or more mobile phones. In 2007, the size of mobile internet
users has grown from 1,183 million to 1,759 million. It is about 2009, 66% of all of the mobile
communication users.
In future wireless communication systems, multimedia such as image, voice, etc., is
demanded to be able to provide the required high transmission rate, in the effective bandwidth and to
maximize the utilization. But on the other hand, while pursuing the bandwidth and speed, the
improvement of technology in mobile communication in order to provide better services is quite
important.

turbine works the opposite of a fan.

3. Matter is found in 3 major states; solid, liquid and gas. Gas, liquid and solid are all made up
of microscopic particles, but the behaviors of these particles differ in the three phases.
