SmartForce - Customer Verification
• Gives an opportunity to verify the customer & Proposal details in more
authentic manner.
• Display and read-out the details of the proposal to customer in
vernacular language.
• Customer has the option to disagree and share the correct details during
the process.
• Verify the customer at each stage by taking a Selfie, OTP verification and
Video Declaration along with GPS co-ordinates.
• Verify the Agent/representative who has done the verification with the
customer by taking a selfie and GPS.
• Backend portal to provide details captured along with images and video
to Underwriters.
• The report can be downloaded as pdf and attached to the proposal kit.
Customer Verification
• Upon completion of proposal
entry in Proposal entry
application the data is pushed
in to Verification app.
• The Agent will be able to see
all the assigned applications on
his dashboard.
• The Agent has the option to
Accept or Reject for Agent
assisted Verification.
• Once Agent Rejects the case it
will either trigger shortened
URL to customer self
verification or assign ticket to
call center

Proposal Entry • Proposal Entry is grouped into various sections as follows: • Distributor Details • Details of Proposer & Life Assured • Nominee Details • Plan Details • Medical Questionnaire • Family & Life Style • Document Attachments Acknowledgement & Payment: Capture the Acknowledgement & payment details in this section Proposal Submission: • Proposal Submitted at the end of ACK section. • Data saved locally then pushed into server during sync The Proposal is parallelly submitted for Verification process through verification app.

Customer Verification SmartForce - Customer Verification • Gives an opportunity to verify the customer & Proposal details in more authentic manner. • Display and read-out the details of the proposal to customer in vernacular language. • Customer has the option to disagree and share the correct details during the process. • Verify the customer at each stage by taking a Selfie, OTP verification and Video Declaration along with GPS co-ordinates. • Verify the Agent/representative who has done the verification with the customer by taking a selfie and GPS. • Backend portal to provide details captured along with images and video to Underwriters. • The report can be downloaded as pdf and attached to the proposal kit.

Customer Verification • Upon completion of proposal entry in Proposal entry application the data is pushed in to Verification app. • The Agent will be able to see all the assigned applications on his dashboard. • The Agent has the option to Accept or Reject for Agent assisted Verification. • Once Agent Rejects the case it will either trigger shortened URL to customer self verification or assign ticket to call center

Customer Verification • The verification app verifies the following detail by reading out the data related to proposal like • Personal and communication related details • Policy related information • Verifies and takes consent of the customer by • Capturing selfie • Dual authentication using OTP • Customer self declaration video.
