A 38-year-old female, Meharaj Begum, presented with a left salivary gland tumor. A biopsy of the left cheek was performed on July 4, 2017 and microscopic examination revealed a moderately cellular smear with columnar cells in clusters and glandular formations, as well as scattered spindle cells and bare nuclei, consistent with a diagnosis of pleomorphic adenoma of the left cheek.
