I-TASSER is an online server that uses a unified platform to automatically generate high-quality predictions of 3D protein structures and their biological functions from amino acid sequences. It follows a sequence-to-structure-to-function paradigm, using multiple algorithms like LOMETS template identification, fragment structure reassembly through simulations, atomic model construction and structure refinement to build models and predict functions through COFACTOR analysis. Users can submit protein sequences to the I-TASSER server through a simple three step process to obtain structure and function predictions and results.
