Aaron, established a Task Force on Judicial Budget Cuts on June 13, 2011. Its mandate was to prepare a preliminary report within 60 days, assessing the impact of the current fiscal year’s $170 million in judicial budgets cuts — cuts exacerbated by an early-retirement program and a job freeze. Task Force subcommittees promptly met with court administrators, judges, supervisory and clerical staff and lawyers; reviewed and evaluated available data about staff reductions and decreased funding for security and other critical services; and gathered anecdotal information from practicing lawyers.
The Preliminary Report presents the Task Force’s initial findings and observations for the following courts: Appellate Division, 1st Department, and Appellate Term; Civil Court of the City of New York; Criminal Courts, both Supreme Court, Criminal Term, New York County, and New York City Criminal Court, New York County; Family Court; Supreme Court, Civil Term, New York County; and Surrogate’s Court, New York County. (A preliminary report on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York will be issued shortly.)

- 1. Task 3 Report and Budget The job roles for my music video are going to be director, camera person, actor, and makeup artist. For my music video , my budget is going to be £4000. In order to not go over budget I made sure to research and try and look at cheap kit to use when filming the video, and used a spreadsheet to put a lot the data in such as the names of the kit I would be using, including a link to the page were I found the kit. After putting in that information I then put in the price it would cost for hiring each part of the equipment I was going to hire for filming the music video such as the camera which was a Sony PMW-FS camera which would cost £175.00 a day to hire and the cost for the 3 days we needed it would be £565.00, I then also put the prices of the other equipment I would be using, and also added the prices of the 3 day hiring of each piece of equipment and the spreadsheet then gave the total price of how much everything would cost which came to the price of £786.40 meaning I wouldn’t be going over my budget. Director The job responsibility for the director which will be me, is to tell the actors what I want them to do in the different shots in the video, and giving them advice on what to do to achieve it. Also telling people such as the camera person which will also be me what different shots to use in the different shots of the video, which angles, and camera techniques to use to get a good quality music video, and how to also make sure that everyone involved in making the video is working to their full potential to achieve a high quality music video, by guiding them through the different elements the video may require to achieve this. Camera person The job responsibilities of the camera person is to listen to the directors ideas and instructions for how the video should be shot and how these techniques may help them get better shots to improve the standard of the video. The camera person which will be me for the majority of the video will be shooting the different shots and instructing the actors were to be positioned and what to do, before shooting different scenes. Makeup artist The job responsibility for the makeup artist is to look at the storyboards and script given to them by the director so they have an idea of what the actors need to look like in the different scenes in the video , and what their clothes, hair and because of the low budget
