Biometric Duties:
Take accurate fingerprints of the candidates when required
Submit the criminal, ITC and qualification checks for candidates
Submit any other background checks, as requested by clients
Secreterial / Typist Duties:
Responsible for typing cvs for my team of 4 consultants in the general finance and junior finance
niches, ensuring accuracy at all times
Update the cvs of the existing candidates as needed
Attach all candidates’ documentation onto placement partner
Prepare the cvs before they are sent to clients:
a) Prepare the candidates cvs in the correct format
b) Send to the relevant Consultant to check that all information that is being sent is correct
c) Make the relevant changes (if any)
d) PDF the document and send to the client
Responsible for the candidates file until they are handed back to the relevant Consultant. Ensure
that all documentation that is missing (if any) is obtained by the Consultants.
In addition to typing CVs I am responsible for the daily reports regarding the progress of my team
(Daily Candidate Tracker) as well as updating the send out board and activity board for the team on
a daily basis
Responsible for the Candidate Activity report on a daily basis
Responsible for the attendance register and reference reports on a daily basis
Ensure that all Consultants log their annual leave / sick leave onto the system
Act as a stand-in for the Branch Secretary when she is on leave or sick and perform her role whereby
I complete all her daily reports: Bar Reports, Referrals and Daily Statistics
Responsible for ordering stock on a monthly basis: groceries, stationary and cleaning materials
