Accreditations with experience:
Investors in People Specialist since 1993 registered with Inspiring Business
Performance : To date I have conducted over 500 early/diagnostic and assessments
for small, medium, large, and multi-sited organisations within many industry
sectors including education, insurance, IT, hospitality, health, retail,
manufacturing, local authority, civil service, armed forces, Government linked
organisations.
Investors in People Managing Assessor since January 2003 – I have worked with a
number of large client organisations in managing their Investors in People Reviews
using the Internal Review process.
Worked with Investors in People since 1993 in a variety of roles including,
Investors in People Specialist, Internal Verifier, Recognition Panel Moderator,
Assessment and Recognition Unit Manager, Quality Manager and Practitioner
Developer.
Licensed Lexcel Assessor since June 98 registered with Inspiring Business
Performance: Was one of the first assessors to become accredited as an Assessor
for Lexcel in June 98 whilst working at the London Assessment Centre. Since then
have conducted a significant number of Lexcel assessments for Quality South East
(initially) and then Inspiring Business Performance across the South East region and
in London. I have also been observed by the Lexcel Office as part of the performance
management process for Lexcel Assessors.
Licensed Specialist Quality Mark (SQM) Auditor with the SQM Delivery
Partnership since August 2011: Completed a number of SQM audits of solicitors
practices who have contracts with the Legal Services Commission for providing legal
aid services to clients.
Programme Director with a Chartered Management Institute Centre called
KHCA Ltd with responsibility for the internal verification and management of the
centre and its Assessors to meet the CMI’s centre approval process. Since, 2011 been
Internal Verifier for the Level 7 Diploma in Management Consultancy and setting up

part of a European project.
Previous accreditations held:
Licensed Matrix Assessor from January 2004 - 2013: Since becoming accredited
as a Matrix Assessor have over 40 Matrix assessments through the Accredited Quality
Centre.
Internal Verifier for a SFEDI Centre of Excellence, from July 2006 – July 2011 -
With responsibility for the internal verification and management of the centre to meet
the SFEDI Centre of Excellence approval process.
Action for Business College Assessor from August 2004 - 2007: As an Action for
Business College Adviser and Assessor led the assessment of or was part of the team
for the assessing of nine Colleges against the Standard and advising two.
Personal Development

Employment History
January 2003 to present date - Self employed as Investors in People Specialist,
Lexcel Assessor, SQM Auditor, Health & Wellbeing Assessor and CMI Programme

July 1996 – January 2003 was a self-employed senior consultant, senior assessor,
assessor and advisor with KHCA Ltd. In the role as a senior assessor I developed,
supported and assessed over 55 trainee assessors to become accredited assessors.
Ran and developed numerous workshops in relation to management development for
organisations.
From January 1999 – March 2001 I was contracted as Quality Manager by
Business Link Thames Valley to manage the strategic and operational management

3. of the Assessment & Recognition Unit for 4 days per week. This role involved
managing a team of 4 co-ordinators/administrators, 30 assessors and 12 Investors in
People recognition panel members in support of the achievement of the TEC
recognition targets and Investors in People UK Quality licence.
January 1994 established the London Assessment Centre as a limited company
for four London TECs, CILNTEC, North West London TEC, SOLOTEC clients. The
role was Quality Manager/Internal Verifier/Company Secretary. It involved advising,
liaising and implementing in consultation with the Board of the Centre the strategic
direction and operational management of the centre, providing Investors in People
Assessments and Recognitions. This role also involved managing a team of four
staff, 40 self-employed Assessors and 16 Investors in People recognition panel
members.
March 1993, Investors in People Manager at Thames Valley Enterprise Ltd
(TEC) responsible for implementing and monitoring strategies to achieve TEC
commitment and internal recognition targets for Investors in People. Similar
management of staff, Assessors and recognition panel members as stated above.
