Enrollment center manager responsible for up to 3 simultaneous enrollments during Q4. Included

Recruiting and training new benefit counselors new to the business.
Developed training material and methods including mock training cases.
Both on-site enrollment and call center enrollment training was provided to all counselor trainees.
