Based in Cumbria, reported directly into 6 Directors and supported 101 flat owners (leaseholders),
dealing with their queries, reporting and following up on actions to the managing agents of the
Company. Also responsible for preparing and sending out quarterly Newsletters, attending quarterly
Board meetings and AGMs and taking the minutes of those meetings together with the preparation and
circulation of all documentation for Board meetings and AGMs.
In 2012, handled a Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and tasked to prepare the Company’s Statement of
Case and Replies, meet deadlines for the submission of paperwork to the LVT and Claimants involved
and attend the LVT in person, alongside Legal Counsel.

Executive Assistant – Bill Lloyd, Willy Ruby Music
Bill Lloyd is a folk musician and wind farmer based in Cumbria. Recruited to collect in his royalties
from his music produced, also those of his late Uncle, George Lloyd, who was a classical musician.
George Lloyd’s symphonies are still played today around the world, on the radio and at live classical
concerts. This was a very interesting role being a keen classical music listener. Unfortunately, Bill
took ill health earlier this year and had to place his music career on hold.
