Employment History
Oracle Corporation – Customer Program Support – Executive Engagement2014 to Present
Within the Customer Program team I have supported a number of ongoing individual Programs,all with Executive Engagement
as the focus. These have included our Corporate Hospitality Program,CorporateMembership and Executive Account
Engagement. In addition I haveworked on stand aloneprojects includingthe UK wide Quarterly Town Hall s and Employee
Showcase in liaison with the Country Leadership Team. Recently I provided ad hoc supportto the EMEA Systems
Communications Team and the UK Internal Communications Team.
 Within Hospitality
o I support the event nomination and inviteprocess,ensuringguidelines aremet and that customers areinformed
and receive all theappropriatetickets and passes in a timely manner
o Maintain accuraterecords for all events and produce quarterly reports and analysis of usagefor review by the
Management Teams
o Produce a monthly newsletter for all internal staff to keep them up to date with Hospitality news and provide
insightinto successful and purposeful hospitality usage
 Within Membership
o Liaison with the internal teams and the external organisation to ensure the prompt renewal and continuanceof
memberships.
 Within Executive Engagement
o Co-ordinate and Report regularly on the status of Executive Engagement positions and identify gaps
o Develop a new process to streamlinethe approval process,providingproposalsto the Country Leadership team
and executing appointments as required
o Championinga Global Survey within the UK accounts,liaisingwith Managers and EMEA teams to deliver the survey
on time, to accurately record responses and report on and analysethe results
 Within Projects
o Successfully supportingthe delivery of several liveevents with simultaneous broadcastto multiplesites within the
guidelines given and meeting the goals set
o Acting as overall troubleshooter/briefer to all the supportingand management teams , I worked across lines of
Business and Departments on all aspects of the events, includingscriptingand production,H&S, cateringand
venue hospitality,hostbriefings and registrations and communicationsto co-ordinatethe event and provide
regular updates to the Leadership Team.

Kerith CommunityChurch – Event Manager 2008-2014
Kerith is a largecommunity & multicultural church which sees over 1,000 people attend each Sunday. There are over fifty
separateinternal user groups who meet in several locations. They also providefacilities and resources to external users.This
includes:
 I handled the events process for all internal & external bookings for fifteen rooms across threeseparate sites
 Liaison between team leaders to deliver weekday, evening and weekend events, courses & four Sunday meetings. The
teams includesiteservices,hospitality,production & technical teams as well as communication & volunteer teams. Each
team may have up to 80 members
 Annual planning & daily management of calendar for all internal & external bookings,across three venues
 Team leader for the volunteer welcome and hospitality teams.Sundays we will haveover 120 people I will havebriefed,
trained & developed
 Management of events budgets & expenses, on time & within allocated resources
 Liaison with external agencies,speakers, & international guests
 Organising overseas speakersvisa, travel arrangements & accommodation
 Arrangingbespoke hospitality on or off site

 Successful management of Global Leadership Conferences on behalf of WillowCreek Association, wewere considered a
flagship venue& trainingsite
 Delivery of Event Management Trainingto 40 overseas delegates of WillowCreek International fromfifteen European

 Planning & delivery of 5 annual women’s ‘Real’ conferences. Planningstartinga year beforehand, and includes creative
