Business Intelligence Manager, Bolton at Home, November 2012- June 2015
Managing and developing teams responsible for delivering central and customer services for the
organisation, including business intelligence, knowledge and information and customer care. I worked
with staff to annually review their personal development plans and supported them to attend
appropriate training. I also researched and drafted a proposal to seek approval of a customer care
training programme and latterly a project management training programme. I have ensured training and
support for staff to meet individual training needs and to meet their personal development needs. I have
also ensured the appropriate support for staff is in place, due to unforeseen sickness absence and
compassionate leave;
Producing data analysis and regulatory reports and statements. I managed a team of Business
Intelligence Analysts to produce Governance reports, management information and regulatory
information for Bolton at Home. This included, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, producing an
annual value for money statement, as well as monitoring and reporting on Bolton at Home’s adherence
and delivery of local offers and adherence to the national standards. Within Bolton at Home, we used a

research associate in order to review our performance management framework. Once we had reviewed
the framework I worked with Consultants, Waterstones, to build an in house performance management
system within Sharepoint. I mapped out the framework within the system. Before building the system, I
carried out research of the various off the shelf systems available (Clearview, Covalent etc), and
carried out cost benefit analysis to understand the potential benefits and risks in building the system in
house. The system was built at a quarter of the costs to ‘off the shelf’ systems (cira. £12,000) and was
tailored to the specific needs of the organisation;

I am committed to my own personal development and I have completed a Yoga Teacher Diploma with
