1. व यावा हनी फरती योगशाला
There are 5564 Tehesils in India out of which 3900 Tehesils in India are rural/semi urban. They have schools which
do not have proper teachers, equipment, apparatus, & materials to ease the understanding of science &
mathematics concepts for students. My Request is to allocate 975 Crores for one “ व यावा हनी फरती योगशाला”
initiative in each of the 3900 Tehesils for the next 5 years. They will make science and mathematics learning fun, &
will also have audiovisual to screen various science films and presentations on various topics. This will enlarge the
science understanding base which is crucial for innovation capital. How?
Each such व यावा हनी फरती योगशाला which will be a fully equipped van with all apparatus and experiment
materials will go around in each Tehesils for 7 days per school per year i.e 280 days if it caters to 40 schools within
each Tehesils. It will have a travel of 60 Km per day (maximum), two teachers/ trained instructors and one driver.
2. They will pass on the knowledge to 240 students in 4 hours in each school. They will also carry out inspirational
songs, team building exercise, leadership training & educative audio visual entertainment to the students.

6. Imbibe entrepreneurship skills in students which will inspire and equip them with better way of life and
Increased earnings in future life.
7. Self dependency and employment generators will be developed via this activity.
Numbers
1. 240 students X 40 Schools/Tehesils X3900 Tehesils = 3.744 crore students will embrace science in a better
way than before X 5 years = 18.72 Crores students in five years
2. 60km X 280 days = 16800 Km / Tehesils = 6.552 Km per year = 27.3 Crores as fuel charges X 5 years = 136.5
Crores for 5 years
3. 3 staff / Tehesils/year for 3900 Tehesils = 14.04 Crores in salary per year X 5 years = 70.2 Crores in 5 years.
4. 3900 vehicles for five years. Investment per vehicle = 7 lacs i.e. = 273 Crores
5. Depreciation and maintenance is 1 lacs per vehicle per year = 195 Crores in five years
6. Instrumentation and material reoccurring cost = 2lacs/van= 78 Crores /year = 390 Crores in 5 years
7. TA/DA per staff = 200/- per day = 327.6 Crores in 5 years
8. That means with a total investment of INR = 1392.3 Crores we will educate 18.72 crore students at a cost
Of only Rupees 74.375 rupees per student.
This money can be 50% subsidized and 50% paid by the students or (that too can be take care of by corporate
sector through CSR initiatives)
I think this can be a substantial leap in Science understanding and growing base for innovative & entrepreneurial
capital of India.
