The 10 acre campus is divided into sections and uses green architecture principles like optimizing climate protection, indoor air quality, and using local materials. Renewable energy sources generate most of the site's power, including 18 on-site wind turbines, solar panels, and turbines located nearby. Interior spaces utilize recycled materials and technology to purify air and reduce carbon dioxide. Waste is also recycled or reused on-site through strong management processes. The campus has received several sustainability certifications for its innovative green building practices.
