ABOUT
 ‘Synfera ‘ designed and build the infrastructure of
    Suzlon.
 Green architecture method is followed in which
    reliable resources are used.
 Infrastructure has been constructed by keeping
VASTU in mind, Cosmic energy embodied.
 Renewable resources are used that electricity which
doesn’t make them depend on Govt.
 Initial steps were taken to preserve the resources
    available.
 Pune is the headquarter of Suzlon.
 Land of Suzlon is 10 acre.
 Have a single level basement of 6 acre.
 8 lakh 20 thousands sq feet of architecture and they
have divided into 5 panchaputhas namely
  skylanch, sunlanch, aqualaunch, air launch.
 Sustainable sustain.
 Global village.
WHY THEY BUILD:
 To protect from the village.
 Climate responsive
 Less electricity
 Indoor air quality
they used the place in best possible way
ASPECTS:
• Energy consumption
• Water
• Keep it low
• Envelope of the building
• Waste
• Material used
ACHIEVEMENTS:
 LEAD[platinum][igbc]
 GRIHA-5 star{MHRE}
it is approved by Indian national standard and
  adopted by ministries.
GREENFREATURES:
• Land selection points
• least disturbance
• Water falls under different aspect
LANDSCAPE:
 Less water consumption
 Sustain itself
 Over a slab they established drinage mechanism
 They have recharge facility
ENEGY:
• 100% renewable energy
• Energy is generated onsite and offsite
• They also use win solar hybrid system
• Rest if the energy comes from nearby wind
 90% of the buildings have access to day light.
 Not much of electricity bill is given.
 Strong western management process is established.
COMING TO INTERIORS:
• Recyclable carpet
• Foldable tables
• CO2 detectors
• Pumps O2 JET AIR fans inside the room.
