It all began that day in the computer lab. I logged onto an ebsco resource database and i began typing
in keywords pertaining to artistic careers, but mainly graphic design. I used lots of my sources i found

netflix called Abstract: The art of Design I found the best information in that book, describing the
basics of graphic design and in the netflix documentary. The documentary offered insight on different

A social norm is a specified code of conduct that is acceptable within a society or group. These norms
include both appropriate and inappropriate values, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors that are expected of
individuals under given circumstances (Lewis, 1969). They are neither static nor universal as they
keep on changing with time and vary with respect to culture, class and groups. There are two different
types of social norms, namely behavioral or descriptive norms and attitudinal or injunctive norms.

Handel s opera Alcina. Alcina was inspired by a story from an epic poem called Orlando Furioso ,
