  2. Lots of needs to meet & students at different points in career learning Hit some of the highlights Students can search by education level, area, and salary - Then look at boxes on bottom Videos - go to video slide
  3. We know reading Biotech job descriptions is a challenge - Biotech TLAs are incomprehensible (a TLA is 3 letter acronym) - The best way for students to learn this by using flash cards and quizzes.
  4. Wanted to highlight our graduates and illustrate careers with real people 1. videos - videos that show people working in different areas 2. photo journals - get your graduates to submit these, we add a link to your program page on Bio-Link, and pay them.
  5. From the job description pages, we can find the amount of education required, and we link to the Bio-Link site, where we can find biotech programs that offer the right certificates and degrees.

  15. This kind of data provides a sort of validation for programs. You can go to employers, say you ’ re a Bio-Link program, and show them where other Bio-Link students are employed. Plus - you have a transparent employment record for companies and students in your area
