Opportunities

 Issue
       Unable to view the sum of opportunities for an account
       unless they run a report
 Resolution
       Create a calculated rollup sum field that takes all closed
       won opportunities for an account and sums them up to
       display the grand total in the account record

       A contact for an account may play a different role in each

       Customer can sell several products within one opportunity
       and is unable to track the specific amount for each product

       Create custom fields for various product amounts in an
       opportunity and then rollup the sum up these amounts for a
       total opportunity amount
