engagement with anti-hunger initiatives. One is a panel of experts who are working toward alleviating
hunger in the community and on campus. Another is a large service immersion at a local food pantry and
resource center. How do you mobilize your peers (both within and beyond the Bonner program) to
become involved in these two issue-focused events?

workload. Two BLT members are doing most of the work, while the others are less engaged. This also
translates to a dominating presence of those two members in the group. How do you address this team
dynamic?

encourage attendance and participation?
