Street rats are a white underclass at the bottom of Britain's class structure. They are often involved in criminal activities and identified by their mobile phones, baseball caps, tracksuits, and trainers purchased cheaply. Music does not play a major role in their culture. Street rats represent a troubled underclass and live with poor upbringings, little education, and engage in behaviors like robbery, drug and alcohol use, and animal abuse. They are viewed by others as malnourished with bad teeth and dislike those who cross their path due to a severe lack of life opportunities.
