The Riverina Regional Library reviewed its collection services and processes due to staffing constraints and increasing community demands. It transitioned to a strategic procurement model, outsourcing selection, cataloguing and processing to approved suppliers. This allowed staff to be redeployed into new client-focused roles while improving collection costs and integration. Ongoing evaluation of outcomes and opportunities for continuous improvement are part of the library's "Collections to Clients" strategy.
