• Local Studies’ closest and oldest relationship is with the Office of Architecture and Heritage
• In late 2018, the Office of Architecture and Heritage requested a librarian
• It was proposed to offer a service shared between two librarians

• Time needed for library staff to adapt to providing information in unfamiliar formats/styles
• Clarifying parameters and understanding varied levels of detail required for different projects
