- Owner/tenant dilemma: Owners of multi-apartment buildings have currently no direct incentives to do energy efficiency renovations: i) They have limited access to increase rent, and ii) High energy bills – they just pass them on to the tenants. Solution: Let them have a piece of the cake when doing energy renovations.
- We have a long history of being a responsible company which wants to give something back to society. The energy and climate challenges that the World is facing have just strengthened our appetite for saving energy and CO2. As our stakeholders - from employees to investors - seem to care more and more, we actually see it as an extremely important business driver to keep order in our own house!
