The Pyramids
The Ancient Egyptians built the Pyramids at Giza 4000
years ago. They were built to bury the bodies of the kings.
There are a lot of pyramids in Egypt. The Great Pyramid at
Giza is about 137 metres high. It was built by King Cheops
(Khufu). They used large stones to build it. Thousands of
workers and slaves took part in building it. It took them 20
years to build the Great Pyramid. Now many tourists from all
over the world come to see the Pyramids.

o Victory does not come by jealousy.

o As laughter increases respect decreases.

‫وﺳﻠﻢ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﯿﮫ‬ ‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﺻﻠﻰ‬ _ ‫ﷲ‬ ‫رﺳﻮل‬ ‫ﻗﺎل‬:
 "Save yourselves from Hell, even if it be by giving only half
a date (of a palm tree) as charity; and who does not have
even that, should at least speak nicely."
"‫طﯿﺒ‬ ‫ﻓﺒﻜﻠﻤﺔ‬ ‫ﯾﺠﺪ‬ ‫ﻟﻢ‬ ‫ﻓﻤﻦ‬ ‫ﺗﻤﺮة‬ ‫ﺑﺸﻖ‬ ‫وﻟﻮ‬ ‫اﻟﻨﺎر‬ ‫اﺗﻘﻮا‬‫ﺔ‬"
 "Allah does not judge according to your bodies and
appearances, but He scans your hearts and looks into your

 "He belongs not to us (i.e. not a true Muslim) who neither
respects the elder nor shows sympathy for the younger."

 "If you believe in Allah The Almighty and the Last Day, then
speak just all good or keep silent."

forbidden things, and enrich me with Your grace so that I
ask none but You."

 "O Allah, by You we reach the morning and by You we
reach the evening, by You we live and by You we die, and to
You is the final return.

‫ﺗﻘوﻟﮭﺎ‬ ‫أن‬ ‫ﯾوﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﻛرت‬ ‫ھل‬ ‫وﻟﻛن‬ ‫اﻟﯾوﻣﯾﺔ‬ ‫ﺣﯾﺎﺗﻧﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﻧﻘوﻟﮭﺎ‬ ‫اﻟﻛﻠﻣﺎت‬ ‫ھذه‬
‫ﺑﺎﻹﻧﺟﻠﯾزﯾﺔ؟‬
‫و‬ ‫ﻋﻠﯿﻜﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﺴﻼم‬‫ﺑﺮﻛﺎﺗﮫ‬ ‫و‬ ‫ﷲ‬ ‫رﺣﻤﺔ‬
May Allah's peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you
‫اﻟﺮﺣﯿﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ‬ ‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﺑﺴﻢ‬
In the name of Allah, most Compassionate, most Merciful
‫و‬ ‫ﷲ‬ ‫إﻻ‬ ‫إﻟﮫ‬ ‫ﻻ‬ ‫أن‬ ‫أﺷﮭﺪ‬‫ﻣﺤﻤﺪ‬ ‫أن‬ ‫أﺷﮭﺪ‬‫ا‬‫ﷲ‬ ‫رﺳﻮل‬
I testify that there is no God but Allah and that Mohammad
is His Messenger
‫اﻟﺤﻤﺪ‬
Praises be to Allah
‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﺳﺒﺤﺎن‬
Glory be to Allah
‫أﻛﺒﺮ‬ ‫ﷲ‬
Allah is Greatest
‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﺷﺎء‬ ‫إن‬
If Allah wills (wishes)
‫اﻟﺮﺟﯿﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﺸﯿﻄﺎن‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺑﺎ‬ ‫أﻋﻮذ‬
I seek Allah's protection from the rejected Satan
‫ﺑﺎ‬ ‫إﻻ‬ ‫ﻗﻮة‬ ‫وﻻ‬ ‫ﺣﻮل‬ ‫ﻻ‬
There is no power nor might save in Allah
‫اﺳﺘﻐ‬‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﻔﺮ‬
I ask Allah for forgiveness

"And every one of them will come to Him alone on the day of
Resurrection."
}‫ِﯾﻼ‬‫ﻠ‬َ‫ﺧ‬ ‫ًﺎ‬‫ﻧ‬‫ُﻼ‬‫ﻓ‬ ْ‫ِذ‬‫ﺧ‬‫ﱠ‬‫ﺗ‬َ‫أ‬ ْ‫م‬َ‫ﻟ‬ ‫ِﻲ‬‫ﻧ‬َ‫ﺗ‬ْ‫ﯾ‬َ‫ﻟ‬ ‫َﻰ‬‫ﺗ‬َ‫ﻠ‬ْ‫ﯾ‬ َ‫و‬ ‫َﺎ‬‫ﯾ‬{
"Ah! Woe to me! Would that I had never taken so and so as an intimate
friend."
}ُ‫ھ‬ْ‫ﱢر‬‫ﺷ‬َ‫ﺑ‬َ‫ﻓ‬ٍ‫م‬‫ِﯾ‬‫ﻟ‬َ‫أ‬ ٍ‫ب‬‫ا‬َ‫ذ‬َ‫ﻌ‬ِ‫ﺑ‬ ْ‫م‬{
"So announce to them a painful torment."
}َ‫ﺎب‬َ‫ﺧ‬ ْ‫َد‬‫ﻗ‬ َ‫و‬ْ‫َن‬‫ﻣ‬‫َﺎ‬‫ھ‬‫ﱠﺎ‬‫ﺳ‬َ‫د‬{
"And he fails who corrupts his own self."

"Therefore I have warned you of a blazing fire."
}‫َﻧ‬‫أ‬ َ‫و‬َ‫ُون‬‫ﻠ‬َ‫ﻌ‬ْ‫ﻔ‬َ‫ﯾ‬ ‫ﻻ‬ ‫َﺎ‬‫ﻣ‬ َ‫ُون‬‫ﻟ‬‫ُو‬‫ﻘ‬َ‫ﯾ‬ ْ‫م‬ُ‫ﮭ‬َ}
"And they say what they don't do."

"Not a word does he utter but there is a watcher by him ready to record

"How terrible was My torment and My warnings."

"‫و‬ ‫ﺑﺎ‬ ‫ﯾﺆﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﻛﺎن‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬‫ﻟﯿﺼ‬ ‫أو‬ ،ً‫ا‬‫ﺧﯿﺮ‬ ‫ﻓﻠﯿﻘﻞ‬ ‫اﻵﺧﺮ‬ ‫اﻟﯿﻮم‬‫ﻤﺖ‬"  "Shyness brings nothing but good deeds." "‫ﺑﺨﯿﺮ‬ ‫إﻻ‬ ‫ﯾﺄﺗﻲ‬ ‫ﻻ‬ ‫اﻟﺤﯿﺎء‬"  "O Allah, I ask You to bless me with Your love, make me love who loves You, and guide me to every deed You love." "‫و‬ ‫ﯾﺤﺒﻚ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫وﺣﺐ‬ ‫ﺣﺒﻚ‬ ‫أﺳﺄﻟﻚ‬ ‫إﻧﻲ‬ ‫اﻟﻠﮭﻢ‬‫ﺣﺒﻚ‬ ‫إﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﯾﻘﺮﺑﻨﻲ‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻞ‬ ‫ﻛﻞ‬ ‫ﺣﺐ‬"
  • 16. ١٦  "O Allah, suffice me with the permissible rather than the forbidden things, and enrich me with Your grace so that I ask none but You." "‫اﻟﻠﮭﻢ‬‫أﻛﻔﻨﻲ‬‫و‬ ،‫ﺣﺮاﻣﻚ‬ ‫ﻋﻦ‬ ‫ﺑﺤﻼﻟﻚ‬‫أ‬‫ﻏﻨﻨ‬‫ﻲ‬‫ﺳﻮاك‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻦ‬ ‫ﺑﻔﻀﻠﻚ‬"  "O Allah, by You we reach the morning and by You we reach the evening, by You we live and by You we die, and to You is the final return. "‫و‬ ‫أﺻﺒﺤﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﺑﻚ‬ ‫اﻟﻠﮭﻢ‬‫و‬ ‫ﻧﻤﻮت‬ ‫وﺑﻚ‬ ‫ﻧﺤﯿﺎ‬ ‫وﺑﻚ‬ ‫أﻣﺴﯿﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﺑﻚ‬‫اﻟﻨﺸﻮر‬ ‫إﻟﯿﻚ‬" ‫ﺗﻘوﻟﮭﺎ‬ ‫أن‬ ‫ﯾوﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﻛرت‬ ‫ھل‬ ‫وﻟﻛن‬ ‫اﻟﯾوﻣﯾﺔ‬ ‫ﺣﯾﺎﺗﻧﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﻧﻘوﻟﮭﺎ‬ ‫اﻟﻛﻠﻣﺎت‬ ‫ھذه‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻹﻧﺟﻠﯾزﯾﺔ؟‬ ‫و‬ ‫ﻋﻠﯿﻜﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﺴﻼم‬‫ﺑﺮﻛﺎﺗﮫ‬ ‫و‬ ‫ﷲ‬ ‫رﺣﻤﺔ‬ May Allah's peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you ‫اﻟﺮﺣﯿﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ‬ ‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﺑﺴﻢ‬ In the name of Allah, most Compassionate, most Merciful ‫و‬ ‫ﷲ‬ ‫إﻻ‬ ‫إﻟﮫ‬ ‫ﻻ‬ ‫أن‬ ‫أﺷﮭﺪ‬‫ﻣﺤﻤﺪ‬ ‫أن‬ ‫أﺷﮭﺪ‬‫ا‬‫ﷲ‬ ‫رﺳﻮل‬ I testify that there is no God but Allah and that Mohammad is His Messenger ‫اﻟﺤﻤﺪ‬ Praises be to Allah ‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﺳﺒﺤﺎن‬ Glory be to Allah ‫أﻛﺒﺮ‬ ‫ﷲ‬ Allah is Greatest ‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﺷﺎء‬ ‫إن‬ If Allah wills (wishes) ‫اﻟﺮﺟﯿﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﺸﯿﻄﺎن‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺑﺎ‬ ‫أﻋﻮذ‬ I seek Allah's protection from the rejected Satan ‫ﺑﺎ‬ ‫إﻻ‬ ‫ﻗﻮة‬ ‫وﻻ‬ ‫ﺣﻮل‬ ‫ﻻ‬ There is no power nor might save in Allah ‫اﺳﺘﻐ‬‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﻔﺮ‬ I ask Allah for forgiveness
  • 17. ١٧ Some verses from the Quran ‫ًا‬‫د‬ْ‫ر‬ِ‫و‬ َ‫م‬‫ﱠ‬‫ﻧ‬َ‫ﮭ‬َ‫ﺟ‬ ‫َﻰ‬‫ﻟ‬ِ‫إ‬{ }َ‫ِﯾن‬‫ﻣ‬ ِ‫ر‬ْ‫ُﺟ‬‫ﻣ‬ْ‫ﻟ‬‫ا‬ ُ‫ُوق‬‫ﺳ‬َ‫ﻧ‬ َ‫و‬ "And we shall drive sinners to Hell in a thirsty state." ‫ًا‬‫د‬ْ‫َر‬‫ﻓ‬ ِ‫ﺔ‬َ‫ﻣ‬‫َﺎ‬‫ﯾ‬ِ‫ﻘ‬ْ‫ﻟ‬‫ا‬{ }َ‫م‬ ْ‫َو‬‫ﯾ‬ ِ‫ﮫ‬‫ِﯾ‬‫ﺗ‬َ‫آ‬ ْ‫م‬ُ‫ﮭ‬‫ﱡ‬‫ﻠ‬ُ‫ﻛ‬ َ‫و‬ "And every one of them will come to Him alone on the day of Resurrection." }‫ِﯾﻼ‬‫ﻠ‬َ‫ﺧ‬ ‫ًﺎ‬‫ﻧ‬‫ُﻼ‬‫ﻓ‬ ْ‫ِذ‬‫ﺧ‬‫ﱠ‬‫ﺗ‬َ‫أ‬ ْ‫م‬َ‫ﻟ‬ ‫ِﻲ‬‫ﻧ‬َ‫ﺗ‬ْ‫ﯾ‬َ‫ﻟ‬ ‫َﻰ‬‫ﺗ‬َ‫ﻠ‬ْ‫ﯾ‬ َ‫و‬ ‫َﺎ‬‫ﯾ‬{ "Ah! Woe to me! Would that I had never taken so and so as an intimate friend." }ُ‫ھ‬ْ‫ﱢر‬‫ﺷ‬َ‫ﺑ‬َ‫ﻓ‬ٍ‫م‬‫ِﯾ‬‫ﻟ‬َ‫أ‬ ٍ‫ب‬‫ا‬َ‫ذ‬َ‫ﻌ‬ِ‫ﺑ‬ ْ‫م‬{ "So announce to them a painful torment." }َ‫ﺎب‬َ‫ﺧ‬ ْ‫َد‬‫ﻗ‬ َ‫و‬ْ‫َن‬‫ﻣ‬‫َﺎ‬‫ھ‬‫ﱠﺎ‬‫ﺳ‬َ‫د‬{ "And he fails who corrupts his own self."
  • 18. ١٨ }‫ﻓﺄﻧذرﺗﻛم‬‫ﺗﻠظﻰ‬ ‫ﻧﺎرا‬{ "Therefore I have warned you of a blazing fire." }‫َﻧ‬‫أ‬ َ‫و‬َ‫ُون‬‫ﻠ‬َ‫ﻌ‬ْ‫ﻔ‬َ‫ﯾ‬ ‫ﻻ‬ ‫َﺎ‬‫ﻣ‬ َ‫ُون‬‫ﻟ‬‫ُو‬‫ﻘ‬َ‫ﯾ‬ ْ‫م‬ُ‫ﮭ‬َ} "And they say what they don't do." }ُ‫ظ‬ِ‫ﻔ‬ْ‫ﻠ‬َ‫ﯾ‬ ‫َﺎ‬‫ﻣ‬ْ‫ِن‬‫ﻣ‬ٌ‫د‬‫ِﯾ‬‫ﺗ‬َ‫ﻋ‬ ٌ‫ِﯾب‬‫ﻗ‬َ‫ر‬ ِ‫ﮫ‬ْ‫ﯾ‬َ‫د‬َ‫ﻟ‬ ‫ﱠ‬‫ِﻻ‬‫إ‬ ٍ‫ل‬ ْ‫َو‬‫ﻗ‬ٌ} "Not a word does he utter but there is a watcher by him ready to record it" }َ‫َﺎن‬‫ﻛ‬ َ‫ْف‬‫ﯾ‬َ‫ﻛ‬َ‫ﻓ‬ِ‫ُر‬‫ذ‬ُ‫ﻧ‬ َ‫و‬ ‫ِﻲ‬‫ﺑ‬‫َا‬‫ذ‬َ‫ﻋ‬ٌ} "How terrible was My torment and My warnings." }ُ‫َب‬‫ﺳ‬ْ‫َﺣ‬‫ﯾ‬َ‫أ‬ُ‫َﺎن‬‫ﺳ‬ْ‫ﻧ‬ِ ْ‫اﻹ‬‫ًى‬‫د‬ُ‫ﺳ‬ َ‫ك‬َ‫ْر‬‫ﺗ‬ُ‫ﯾ‬ ْ‫َن‬‫أ‬ِ◌ٌ} "Does man think that he will be left neglected."
