Furman Gennady Borysovych has 19 years of teaching experience, having taught German, Hebrew, and English. He received his education qualification from Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State Pedagogical Institute and underwent retraining in Israel. He has worked on issues related to teaching heterogeneous classes using individualization through work cards, extensive reading, and dialogue journals. His other focus area is forming socio-cultural competence through extracurricular activities like English contests, international programs, and clubs. Socio-cultural competence helps connect theoretical knowledge to practical skills, understand language use in its cultural context, and foster respect and tolerance for other cultures.
Education is about providing students with knowledge, and about giving tools to help them learn the best way they can. Just like our world, the classroom is diverse. It is diverse ethnically, spiritually, linguistically, and in many other differences. There are many ways teachers can accommodate their lesson plans for diverse learners. Our groups focused on students who may also be emergent bilingual or multilingual, and who may need accommodations. Our presentation will provide real life situations, an overall understanding of bilingual education, tips and statistics. Each slide will provide either an audio or video excerpt to further explain each topic.

6. Work Cards should include:
a form which indicates what kind of work the
pupil has been doing and at what level;
the corrected column that refers to whether
the pupil has corrected the work;

the pupil is progressing;

7. Extensive reading allows each pupil to choose
a book at his own level. The pupils should
