This document summarizes a presentation on assessing schedule risk in construction projects. It identifies 66 potential risk factors through literature review and expert input. 20 key factors are selected for further analysis, including availability of materials, estimates accuracy, financial planning, and weather conditions. An expert survey is conducted to estimate the impact of each factor on schedule. Utility curves are developed to show the relationship between each factor's level and impact on schedule. The factors are then ranked based on their relative importance in influencing schedule risk, with equipment availability ranked as the top factor. Equations are also provided for the utility curves of each risk factor.
