It accelerates the rate of hardening gives perfect water proofing, and has excellent bonding properties which reduces the wastage during guniting, shotcreting or sprayed jobs. A thick layer can be caste in single operation. Guniting using SPRAYCRETE L, the reactive component of the admixture combines with cement particles thereby making the mortar or concrete rock hard in minutes of jetting. It reduces the loss of material caused by rebound, thus reducing the cost. It can be used with all types of cements.

In such instances the use of plasticizers/super plasticizers permits the production of concrete at low water/ cement ratios. We have taken ultra tech opc cement & coromandal ppc cement to find the compatibility by adding perma plast (plasticizer). The water cement ratio was maintained as 0.40 &0.45 for OPC & PPC respectively. To study the effect of these PP on various properties of concrete. The dosage of plasticizers/super plasticizers was measured as 1.5% for Perma plast for OPC & 1.3% for PPC by the weight of cement.

FAIRGROUT is a two pack high strength, non-shrink polymer cementitious grout with both high early and ultimate strengths. FAIRGROUT has excellent flow properties and will not shrink after placing. FAIRGROUT is free from corrosive substances. FAIRGROUT is suitable for use in gap width of between 10-50 mm. In order to achieve optimum quality exposed FAIRGROUT and the outer surface of any shuttering should be protected from weather conditions for at least 12 hours. Sacks, matting, plastic sheets etc. should be placed as protection immediately after placing the grout.

FAIRADD is a single pack powdered admixture which when added to cement (cement : sand) produces an easy flow, high strength, shrinkage compensating grout. It is ideally suited for grouting and in-filling where a non-shrink, free-flowing product is required. FAIRADD imparts super-plasticising / high water reducing properties as well as positive expansion.

FAIRADD CG is supplied as a dry powder requiring only the addition of a controlled amount of clean water and cement to produce a free flowing non shrink grout. FAIRADD CG is an all fines admixture containing expansive cement which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimizing water demand. The material is designed to allow uniform mixing, and eliminates unwanted segregation and bleeding.
FAIRADD CG complies to BS 1881 : Part-116, 1983 and ASTM C 827-87, ASTM C 1107 Grade C.

Due to its thixotropic nature, ANCHORGROUT can be used in vertical, horizontal and overhead situations where the hole diameter exceeds the bar diameter by not less than 4 mm and not more than 25 mm.

Being polyester-based, selected grades of FAIRSCREED PR will harden and cure at temperatures down to freezing point.
This wide tolerance in use makes FAIRSCREED PR almost fullproof, and because part packs and extra aggregate can be used, the material is very economical.

Description SPRAYCRETE L is a chloride free accelerating admixtures supplied in liquid form, specially developed and designed to meet the demand for efficient and multifold properties desired for guniting job site. It accelerates the rate of hardening gives perfect water proofing, and has excellent bonding properties which reduces the wastage during guniting, shotcreting or sprayed jobs. A thick layer can be caste in single operation. Guniting using SPRAYCRETE L, the reactive component of the admixture combines with cement particles thereby making the mortar or concrete rock hard in minutes of jetting. It reduces the loss of material caused by rebound, thus reducing the cost. It can be used with all types of cements.
