2. What is your song? Why did
you pick it?
Emeli Sande – Heaven
We picked this song because of its
build up of tension
through the upbeat tempo. The beat
throughout the song creates an
atmosphere for audiences giving the
motivational effect we want.
3. Who is your artist? What
Identity are you creating for
them?
Our artist is Eden Chakarni -
Through the music video we are
creating Eden to be a passionate,
motivational person. The inspirational
video compliments the music, making
her look like a genuine person
audiences will like.
4. Why will your song and artist
appeal to the target
audience?
Our target audience is Male and Females, aged 14-
25.
The song ‘Heaven’ will appeal to the target audience
as it is an upbeat song and will fulfill the purpose we
intend to motivate them as it is a ‘feel good’ song.
The upbeat tempo is continuous throughout the song
keeping audiences entertained and inspired
throughout.
The artist (Eden) will appeal to the audience as she is
a young, materialistic individual, who portrays many
teenage qualities that the audience can relate to.
5. How is it similar/different to
other artists/music they like?
Our target audience will like
artists such as Rudimental,
Naughty Boy, Beyoncé and
other artists that have an
upbeat, fast pace tempo.
However, this may be different
due to the styles we have used
that would tend not to be as
mainstream and others.
6. What style of music video are
you making? What will
happen in the video?
• Flashback Video
• Training
• Boxing
• Running
• Flood lights
We are making a motivational
music video based on training
and success.
We decided not to bring in a
element of distress as we feel
it is cliché and would bring
down the more professional
era of the video when our actor
is at peak training
7. Which Real Music videos
were you influenced by?
Powerless – Rudimental
• We were influenced by
Rudimental’s music
video for ‘Powerless’.
This was because the
music video has a sport
element with many shots
establishing the training.
• Flashback Element –
Idea.

9. What is your unique selling
point? Why is the audience
going to like your artist over
the other artists?
The song is catchy and the way
we have made the video will be
entertaining and leave views with
a feel of motivation.
This was our main aim as the
point of the video is to express
emotion through the word within
the song.
We have a much bigger unique
