Sophia built a motor boat out of plastic foam, a battery, motor, switch, and wires. She cut the foam into the shape of a boat and cut out a section to hold the battery. She connected the motor, switch, battery and inserted a pen core attached to a metal screw propeller. When the switch is pressed, the motor runs the propeller which propels the boat across the water's surface using Newton's third law of motion.
The solenoid engine project works on electromagnetic principles of a solenoid. A solenoid is copper coil. The wire is tightly folded multiples to form a solenoid coil. When electrical charge is supplied to the solenoid, it creates a magnetic flux as the current passes through it. The solenoid engine is V4 engine. There are four solenoids as cylinders and there is one piston in each solenoid. The metal pistons inside the solenoids react to the magnetic field created by the solenoids when current is flowing through. When the electrical current is no more flowing through the solenoid, the pistons fall back down to their original position due to gravity. As a result, the piston moves in a linear motion. The pistons are connected to the crankshaft. When the pistons move in a specific sequence, the crankshaft rotates. The linear motion has been converted to rotary motion using this mechanism. The RPM of the engine was controlled by adding a potentiometer to control the resistance of voltage provided to the solenoids. Therefore, controlling how fast the engine operates.
Ever since the first century A.D. there have been relative descriptions of known devices as well manufactures for the creation of perpetual motion machine. Although physics has lead with two thermodynamic laws, to the opinion that a perpetual motion machine is impossible to be manufactured. However the fact of the failure in manufacturing a perpetual motion machine till now, it does not mean that countless historical elements for these fictional machines become indifferent. The discussion on every version of a perpetual motion machine on the one hand gives the chance to comprehend the inventor’s of each period level of knowledge and his way of thinking, and on the other hand, to locate the points where this perpetual motion machine clashes with the laws of nature and that’s why it is impossible to have been manufactured or have functioned. The presentation of a new perpetual motion machine has excited our interest to locate its weak points.
During college days i chooses this as my seminar topic because its a new one never implemented before & many of them don't know about this . I referred many generals & took content from them , i hope may help full for others....
This PPT contains all about cyclotron. That is introduction, history, types, uses, construction, working and limitations of cyclotron. This PPT also contains derivation and formula for cyclotron. Pictorial presentation is understandable for higher secondary school student. Although it is for Bachelor's level.

This Project was directed at creating an integrated electric motor and eddy current brake. This combination is designed to be used in the automotive industry as an electric all-wheel drive system that can be managed by available traction and stability control technology. This project addresses the physical concept of using an induced electromagnetic field to slow the proposed vehicle speed. The main goal is lessening the lifetime maintenance of a vehicle and eliminating several high maintenance items. This system is designed as a “frictionless” system and although it is not completely frictionless it eliminates the need for standard hydraulic brake pads and rotors which wear and fail due to friction material loss. This saves the consumer's time and money in maintenance.
In the solar power and conservative energy, our basic mission was to build things that don’t use any
sort of fuel that harms the environment. One of the most well-liked ways of conserving energy is using solar
panels. Solar panels capture light, and transforms that light into electrical. The first objective in this research
was to build an electric car that uses solar panels. To do so we connected a solar panel to a motor which rotates
a series of gears that turns the wheels. We used a lot of sunlight though to power the motor enough were the
gears spins fast enough to move the car. Capacitors store electric energy, and we could store this electrical
energy by taking electrical energy from a source; such as a battery. Another way we produced conservative
energy is the use of windmill/wind turbines. For this case we used a wind turbine to rotate a series of gears
(similar to the solar power car) which could turn a coil inside a generator (counter clockwise), which produced
an electrical energy.
One of the most interesting research projects of our company
in the year 2003 has been the research on hydrogen dissociation
and recombination processes. It has taken us about half a year
to build a special vacuum tube and in October, 2003 we
obtained some experimental results on the heat output and
efficiency of the system. The system we designed in our
laboratory is shown in Fig.1 and also on the cover. The watercooling system and the heat measurement system make it
possible to measure the heat output within the range of 100 W
to 5 kW with pinpoint accuracy. In the year 2004 we are
planning to go on with our research work.
We have completed the second stage of designing and
developing a high-efficiency magnetic generator with the
neodymium permanent magnets of 1.25 Tesla. We
confirmed the possibility of double output increase from
the usage of two magnetic induction counter fluxes
produced by the two coils wound on the generator core
Our experiment to determine Specific latent heat of fusion of ice

Acetabularia Information For Class 9 .docxvaibhavrinwa19
Acetabularia acetabulum is a single-celled green alga that in its vegetative state is morphologically differentiated into a basal rhizoid and an axially elongated stalk, which bears whorls of branching hairs. The single diploid nucleus resides in the rhizoid.

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
Macroeconomics- Movie Location
This will be used as part of your Personal Professional Portfolio once graded.
Objective:
Prepare a presentation or a paper using research, basic comparative analysis, data organization and application of economic information. You will make an informed assessment of an economic climate outside of the United States to accomplish an entertainment industry objective.
5. Then cut out some foam in the middle of the board to set the battery .
6. Insert the pen core into one of the end of the motor. Link the motor, switch, wires, and battery as the image shows.
7. Use foam tape to stick the junctions. Put them into the boat. Bend a piece of metal as a screw propeller. Insert it into the pen core. Finally, a motor boat comes into the world~ when you press the switch, the boat can run on the surface of water~
8. Bend a piece of metal as a screw propeller. Insert it into the pen core. Finally, a motor boat comes into the world~ when you press the switch, the boat can run on the surface of water~
9. How does it work The motor is the equipment which converts electric energy into mechanical energy. Because of the mechanical energy the motor exerts, The propeller turns and forces water out the back. Since Newton's third law: Action and reaction are equal and opposite, the force exerted by the propeller backwards on the water equals the force exerted by the water forward on the boat. It is why the boat moves forward.
