specialist & currently Technical Advisor. I have 20 years’ experience in HSSE-, General Management, Project
coordination (FMCG, civil as well as contract) Supply Chain Management (specializing in the integrity of the Total
Cold Chain Process to final distribution), Warehousing & Distribution (FIFO principle) & have a “fire in my belly” to
carry the torch of success of where I am employed. Skills I pride myself in are being humble, with integrity and
self-respect with expertise in HSSE, Inventory management & Control, Materials planning, Customer service, QA &
QC management, HACCP, Warehousing & Distribution engaging effectively with Clients, Suppliers & Stakeholders.
My strategic focus & expertise in the HSSE & Operations & Supply Chain arena comes from more than 20 years
‘international exposure with a diverse-track record in multi-site development and auditing, including designing and
aligning the strategic vision & leveraging available customer data to strengthen the launch & growth in new or
existing territories. Currently I am the Senior Technical Advisor for Arabian Cement Company (Rabigh in Saudi
Arabia). My responsibilities are to guide & implement the Management Structure / System according to the ISO
principles and our in-house HSSE Management System. I am the champion for ISO 18001, ISO 22301, ISO 50001,
ISO 55001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 & the implementation of Six Sigma. I am responsible to write all Policies &
Procedures, HSSE & Operational as well as Training Material as well as the Project Leader for all Special Projects.
Previously I was the Operations Director of a Technical Campus in Rabigh; HIWPT (Higher Institute for Water
and Power Technologies) an ACWA Power & TVTC initiative. My objectives as the OD was to develop, implement,
manage & better the “operational performance side” of the Institute. This covers all HSSE, Finance (Budgets), HR,
IT, Security , Maintenance, Facilities up keeping as well as the Academic environment within HIWPT.
My responsibilities to my Clients past & present include; HSSE Management System Implementation, participate
& lead Supply Chain & Operations as well as Civil Projects. Manage financials, fees & estimates-to-complete
Projects. Generate new business & build client networks. Design innovative & efficient “end-to-end” solutions to
fulfil the customer’s needs. Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, & mentoring at all levels.
