Running strategic activities in a global, publicly traded company, for the supply of turnkey
solutions in the fields of planning, manufacturing and logistics, for a manufacturing hi-tech
companies. Running the field of Total Material Lost in 7 activity regions of the company
around the world (over $ 100 M per annum, raw materials and finished goods).
Conducting testing and process control in conjunction with industrial engineering,
financial and logistics, PPC entities, profiling processes, instructing managers in carrying
out effective corrective actions to prevent depreciation and loss, improving profitability.
2012 – 2015 Operations Manager, Program Manager.
Running an 8 man team of Project Managers ($ 80 M per annum). Planning resources,
execution, overseeing of periodic work plans. Instructing project managers, training,
transfer of knowledge and overseeing achieving objectives. Development of control
systems, streamlining and improving work methods (LEAN, Kaizen). Solving local
operations problems, escalation of external problems. Tracking progress and reporting to
management.
