Introduction
I have been in consulting roles, corporate executive roles and business entrepreneurial roles for more

I joined the Sage team to help expand their global footprint into North America and work closely with the local
business development team to better understand how we leverage the South African and Indian capability
into a product set that can be easily exported to North America.

• QK Meats South Africa - is part of the Queally Group, Ireland’s largest privately owned Agri-food
business, which operates across a wide spectrum of sectors from farming to raw meat to value added
consumer products. I report into the MD - Assumpta Coffey. I successfully completed a factory
infrastructure upgrade and a Production System Implementation. Currently I am overseeing a project to
complete the implementation of all IP based systems for a new 28000-pallet Cold Store facility and the
implementation of a new HRIS solution with integrated biometrics.
