The ethicsof filmmaking
Ethicsin filmmaking are important.Ethicsensure thata filmisat the veryleastrespectful,and
standsto representandtell astory. Oftentimesthe audience canfeel how the filmmakerfeels
aboutthe topicthroughthe filmitself,whethertheyrespectitordislike it,anditisoftenthe case
that the filmmakercreatestheirpiece showingtheirpointof view.If theyare makingafilmabouta
topicthat theyrespect,you’ll see so,if theymake itamovie aboutsomethingtheydislike itislikely
to be portrayedina more negative orcynical manner.Thisiswhere ethicscome intoplay,aswithall
