Ensuring community participation is key to inclusive economic growth and social reforms. A social equity model based on public-private partnerships that includes local communities as partners can help make growth more inclusive. Such a model establishes collaborative community structures on the ground to ensure social equity along with infrastructure growth. It leverages the public sector's delivery capabilities, private sector expertise, and creates an institutional structure to promote awareness. Financing is easier when the government, corporations and community all take part in the infrastructure value chain.

Public Private Partnership (PPP) Memento - Key Concepts
PPPs are a legitimate funding tool for development and should be embraced by governments globally. However, it should be remembered that governments need to recognize that attracting PPP investment requires an extensive marketing process that highlights their PPP readiness, including institutional capacity to manage PPP projects, the existence of an enabling environment, transparent procurement processes, and a comprehensive risk management structure.
Place of Power Sector in Public-Private Partnership: A Veritable Tool to Prom...IJMERJOURNAL
ABSTRACT: Public Private Partnership involves private sector engagement in infrastructural development. Though in the past, the country infrastructure had been experiencing a decline in the system, this is because, government had been the sole contributor to infrastructural finance and had often taken responsibility for implementation, operations and maintenance as well. This decline in the system is caused by escalating population growth depending on available infrastructure, decaying of existing power infrastructure, political instability and corruption in the system. The ongoing reform is about bringing the system to a lime light. Hence, Public Private Partnership participation in the infrastructural development in Nigeria, will create favorable environment for an investors, provide job opportunities, long time policy, decision making and efficient use of the available resources. This paper therefore dwells on overview of the public private partnership with regards to energy and other infrastructural development of Nigeria. Challenges of the partnership and possible solutions towards subduing the problems are proffered.
Public Private Partnership: Specific Characteristics in Different Sectors SilvaSuvahRaisa
This slide provides information about public private partnership (PPP) and specific characteristics of PPP in different sectors. Public Private Partnership is the relationship between government and private sector entities in the context of infrastructure and other development services. At present, it is a popular method to provide quality service to citizens. As government have not enough money to provide better service and develop infrastructure, partnership with private entities help government in these regards. As private sections are financially strong, they can help government to develop infrastructure and provide service according to citizen demands.
PPP possessed several features in different sectors such as transport, power supply, education, health and so on. Each sectors has unique features. This slides contains all required information.
Transport Sectors:
Public-private partnerships (“PPPs”) can be an effective way to build and implement new infrastructure or to renovate, operate, maintain or manage existing transport infrastructure facilities. In both areas PPPs can be a mutually beneficial way to solve critical transportation problems.
Transportation infrastructure (airports, ports, rail, roads, urban transport) is indispensable to sustainable socio-economic development and trade. They link peoples and regions and connect firms to markets. Efficient transportation infrastructure is a major contributor to enhanced productivity.
PPPs provide a useful avenue for governments to access additional capital as well as technical expertise in the private sector to meet the very substantial demand from their populations for new and expanded transportation infrastructure in the coming decades.
Fiber optic:
The project company lays the fiber optic cables to link key demand centre and sells access to various telecommunication operators and internet service provider. Where new build residential development contemplated, PPP project can provide the full range video, audio, and telecommunication service from fixed line telephone service to broadband video streaming.
Issues—
Property
Access
Power Generation sectors:
The public sector alone cannot respond to the enormous investment needed to meet the growing demand for electricity. Bringing in the private sector through the use of public-private partnerships (PPPs) allows governments to share the burden of financing and management. The government must set clear limits in market power of distribution utilities while allowing competition in the generation segment with the establishment of a market for energy.
Issues:
Regulations
Planning and strategy
Health Sectors:
Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in health sector services can be described as a long-term contract (typically 15-30 years) between a public-sector authority and one or more private sector companies.
In Bangladesh, private sector health financing includes household expenditures, private nursing home investments and drug fund.

What website can I sell pi coins securely.DOT TECH
Currently there are no website or exchange that allow buying or selling of pi coins..
But you can still easily sell pi coins, by reselling it to exchanges/crypto whales interested in holding thousands of pi coins before the mainnet launch.
Who is a pi merchant?
A pi merchant is someone who buys pi coins from miners and resell to these crypto whales and holders of pi..
This is because pi network is not doing any pre-sale. The only way exchanges can get pi is by buying from miners and pi merchants stands in between the miners and the exchanges.
How can I sell my pi coins?
Selling pi coins is really easy, but first you need to migrate to mainnet wallet before you can do that. I will leave the telegram contact of my personal pi merchant to trade with.
Tele-gram.

The current method for selling pi coins involves exchanging them with a pi vendor who purchases pi coins for investment reasons.
If you want to sell your pi coins, reach out to a pi vendor and sell them to anyone looking to sell pi coins from any country around the globe.
Below is the contact information for my personal pi vendor.

Role in Financial System
NBFCs are critical in bridging the financial inclusion gap.
They provide specialized financial services that cater to segments often neglected by traditional banks.
Economic Impact
NBFCs contribute significantly to India's GDP.
They support sectors like micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), housing finance, and personal loans.
Introduction to Indian Financial System ()Avanish Goel
The financial system of a country is an important tool for economic development of the country, as it helps in creation of wealth by linking savings with investments.
It facilitates the flow of funds form the households (savers) to business firms (investors) to aid in wealth creation and development of both the parties
Even tho Pi network is not listed on any exchange yet.
Buying/Selling or investing in pi network coins is highly possible through the help of vendors. You can buy from vendors[ buy directly from the pi network miners and resell it]. I will leave the telegram contact of my personal vendor.

BYD SWOT Analysis and In-Depth Insights 2024.pptxmikemetalprod
Indepth analysis of the BYD 2024
BYD (Build Your Dreams) is a Chinese automaker and battery manufacturer that has snowballed over the past two decades to become a significant player in electric vehicles and global clean energy technology.
This SWOT analysis examines BYD's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as it competes in the fast-changing automotive and energy storage industries.
Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Shenzhen, BYD started as a battery company before expanding into automobiles in the early 2000s.
Initially manufacturing gasoline-powered vehicles, BYD focused on plug-in hybrid and fully electric vehicles, leveraging its expertise in battery technology.
Today, BYD is the world’s largest electric vehicle manufacturer, delivering over 1.2 million electric cars globally. The company also produces electric buses, trucks, forklifts, and rail transit.
On the energy side, BYD is a major supplier of rechargeable batteries for cell phones, laptops, electric vehicles, and energy storage systems.

Because the core team has announced that pi network will not be doing any pre-sale. The only way exchanges like huobi, bitmart and hotbit can get pi is by buying from miners.
Now a merchant stands in between these exchanges and the miners. As a link to make transactions smooth. Because right now in the enclosed mainnet you can't sell pi coins your self. You need the help of a merchant,
i will leave the telegram contact of my personal pi merchant below. 👇 I and my friends has traded more than 3000pi coins with him successfully.

3. DEFINING PPP IN INFRASTRUCTURE
3
A precise definition of a PPP for infrastructure is elusive, as it refers to a broad range of deal structures
and asset types
The easiest way to understand a PPP is as a legally binding contract between a public sector entity and a
private company—typically referred to as a concessionaire—where the partners agree to share some
portion of the risks and rewards inherent in an infrastructure project
In the most advanced PPP markets this risk and reward sharing structure more narrowly refers to
agreements where the private sector designs, builds, finances, operates, and maintains (also known as
DBFOM) an infrastructure asset for a pre-determined period of time
In exchange, the public sector provides a recurring payment based on the condition of the asset (known as
an availability payment) or allows the private sector to collect tolls or fees generated from the project
4. COMPLEXITY OF PPP MODELS DELIVERS LONG-TERM SAVINGS
4
PPPs for infrastructure are complicated models
They require robust economic analysis, complex negotiations, intense public scrutiny, long-term
commitments, political leadership, and force public sector employees and policymakers to hone a relatively
new skill set
PPPs are rarely the lowest-cost way to procure infrastructure for several reasons
transaction costs for PPPs are usually higher than traditional bid-build contracts
private sector borrowing costs are generally higher than those available to the public sector
Despite these limitations, a well-structured PPP can deliver better value for the public money
The private sector is less tolerant of cost overruns and project delays than the public sector
Transferring construction, operational, and/or demand risk to the private sector can result in quantifiable
savings for the public sector
PPPs are also a an efficient way for the public sector to monetize or improve untapped governmental
assets, without ceding public ownership
5. PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS
5
Mentioning PPP in the Indian context mostly elicits a misperception of the model having failed
However, while their might have been failures in a few power and metro rail projects, PPP models have
seen widespread success in roads, ports and airports
Where we seem to have erred is in acknowledging the complexity of PPP models and accordingly
preparing the concession structures
Identify and address controllable factors: ‘Plug and play readiness’ of projects is imperative, and issues
such as land acquisition, permits and clearances would need to be resolved ahead of the bidding process
Minimize speculation on uncontrollable factors: Comparative evaluation, and negotiations on technical
proposals, will require bidders to undertake adequate diligence in submitting a proposal.
Renegotiation for unpredictable factors: Detailed scrutiny during evaluation will provide a baseline to
compare the impact of unpredictable outcomes, fostering a relatively transparent framework for
renegotiation.
In some sectors, if Direct Benefits Transfer separates subsidy delivery from service delivery, it will
become easier to design user-charge based projects
6. Social Equity Model

Enhancing project execution capabilities would be critical for rapid capacity creation and
improved returns on investments

8. SOCIAL EQUITY MODEL
8
The secret to tapping the potential that India
holds for upscaling infrastructure creation,
utilization and maintenance lies in effective
institutional partnerships wherein:
Collaborative community structures are
established on-ground to ensure social
equity with infrastructure growth
The Public Sector utilizes its delivery and
infrastructure capabilities
The Private Sector utilizes its technical and
management expertise to optimize
production, as well as lead in R&D
processes
An institutional structure to promote and
create awareness
The models should create a win-win
situation for industry, local communities,
private investors and the economy as a
whole
Proposed New Business Model:
Social Equity Model
Based on the principle of
Public Private Partnership
(PPP)
Implemented/ operated
through Collaborative
Community Structures
Financing is easier with either Government,
Corporates and Community all taking a part
in the Infrastructure Value Chain
9. SOCIAL EQUITY MODEL
9
A social equity based model, which includes the local community as a partner, is vital for making growth
more inclusive
Rural institutions like panchayats can also play a crucial role in the delivery of public services and help
empower the local communities
There is an urgent need for a co-ordinated and focused policy formulation and effective implementation of
programmes, projects, schemes, etc. for improving skills, upgrading technology, expanding markets and
capacity-building of the entrepreneurs and their groups/collectives
The advantage that PPP projects have is that they can incorporate a social focus without affecting the
economic viability and efficiency of the project
The government needs to take the lead in putting in place the appropriate framework while inviting
genuinely interested private players to put together PPP projects that would include the most important
stakeholder — the community — as partners in the whole growth process
This need appears to synergise with larger political interests and, therefore, a structured and modified PPP
process (compared to commercial viability based infrastructure model) will go a long way in creating a
win-win situation for society, government and political masses
