Adam is HMRC’s Smarter Ways of Working Programme Director, accountable for modernising working practices across HMRC’s 60,000 strong workforce by seizing the opportunities provided by investment in improved technology and workplaces. Adam was previously Head of Business Readiness and Benefits Realisation in HMRC’s estates transformation programme, one of the largest infrastructure change programmes in Europe and a key enabler for Smarter Working.
