This document summarizes a presentation on the determinants of untact service use. It conducted 13 semi-structured interviews to explore this topic. The key determinants identified were convenience, limits of personal contact, type of product/service, familiarity with technology, and openness to technology. The study provides a first theoretical perspective on the determinants of untact services and their impact on experience co-creation. However, it has limitations like a small sample size and focus on one technology. Further quantitative research is needed to confirm these findings.

Qatar's e-Government 2020 Strategy has three main objectives:
1. Better serve individuals and businesses by bringing 100% of government services online and ensuring 80% of services can be completed end-to-end online.
2. Create efficiency in government administration through 80% adoption of shared services and infrastructure.
3. Develop a more open government with increased participation and availability of government data.
The strategy involves four thrusts to achieve these objectives: offering end-to-end eServices, driving user adoption, increasing government efficiency, and promoting open government. Each government entity will create an implementation plan to develop online services and redesign processes to enable end-to-end digital transactions by 2020.
Modernize with Impact: How federal agencies can scale innovation and achieve ...accenture
Federal agencies are investing heavily in IT modernization but are not achieving consistent returns on investment. New technologies are being deployed in isolated areas without effective tools to scale implementation and maximize benefits. Some organizations have succeeded by transitioning to open, standards-based IT ecosystems. Leaders in the public sector are emerging who invest more and focus on scaling innovations to achieve better citizen experiences and performance through strategic use of technologies.
The transportation industry is entering a post-digital era where emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, extended reality, distributed ledgers, and quantum computing will transform operations and customer experiences. These technologies provide opportunities in first-mile/last-mile services, seamless convenience tailored to customer preferences, improved passenger safety and data security, and optimized asset management. To take advantage, companies must strategically choose opportunities, define their role in the new landscape, and prepare employees and systems for technological change.

Dubai has transformed its government through e-government and smart government initiatives. It launched an e-government program in 2000 to digitize government services. In 2009 it established the Dubai Smart Government Department to lead the next phase, adopting a hybrid centralization/decentralization model. This involved implementing over 50 shared electronic services across 40 government entities. The initiatives have improved customer satisfaction, increased operational efficiencies through cost savings and automated processes, and achieved economies of scale. Dubai now aims to become a fully connected smart government and smart city through continued digitization of services and use of smart technologies.

The white paper discusses the need for digital transformation in government and outlines strategies and challenges. It notes that digital channels are now the primary way people engage with organizations. Both the federal and Victorian governments have outlined "digital by default" strategies focusing on user-centered design and online services.
