Cost Sheet Estimation Ability to prepare cost sheet estimation on various approaches like Full costing for standard and non-standard products. Quotation Generation Ability to generate quotations against the cost sheet or on Price list basis. Order Booking Provision to book the walk-in orders. Forecast Order Request Ability to raise production request based on the forecast. 2 Production Planning Order Inward Login the Sales Order or Forecast Production order to process Work Order Ability to define the BOM, allocation of the stock qty, defining the delivery schedule and raise the production request for the required qty. Job Card Define the Job routing against the work order Machine Allocation Allocation of the machines against the work order against production schedule. Shift Allocation To define the duty roaster for the operators Target Qty Allocation for production Ability to assign target to produce the required qty for the operator on the specified machine Vendor Inspection Schedule Schedule the dates with the sub contract vendors for the inspection against the work order Semi Finished Goods Request Provision to raise semi finished goods request against work order 3 Production Control Line Entry • WIP • Rework Provision for updating the production details in the WIP based on the Work Order No. wise and Operation wise. Here the information such as Produced, Rejection, Scarp, missing qty etc will be entered. More over the type of rejection and reason for rejection is also being maintained. Also Tools used for this operation and amount of usage is also maintained over here. Similarly rework job is also monitored and production of the same being updated.

Accepted and Rejection details will be captured against the receipt of the materials 4 Quality Raw Material Inspection Ability to do quality verification, based on the accept or reject the materials against the GRN Final Inspection Certify the final inspection of the produced qty Handing Over Statement Handing over the material to the Finished goods store after QC 5 Material Management Material Requirement Planning Based on sales order and forecast order, the system would able to generate Material Requirement plan. Material Indent Ability to raise the indent based on the MRP report Purchase Order Ability to raise the PO against the Indent Sub contract Request Ability to raise the sub contract request against the work order Purchase Bill Accounting Provision to account the Purchase bills against the GRIR Purchase Return Against GRIR Provision to raise Purchase return against GRIR 6 Stores Non returnable Receipt • GRN (agst.PO or w/o PO) • Sales Return • Stock Transfer Receipt • Sub contract M/c & Non machining • HOS Receipt • Tools Receipt from WIP Would able to define multiple stores such as Raw material stores, Finished Goods Stores, Tools stores etc Various provision to accept non-returnable material receipt from various sources such as against PO, Sales return, Goods Transfer, receipt from WIP etc. Returnable Receipts • Material Against Labour order Receipt of material against the Labour order on returnable receipt to keep track of the same to deliver the same after the job work. Returnable Issues • Issue to sub contractors for machining or non- machining operations Issue of raw material or semi finished goods to sub contract to do machining or non-machining operation against the work order and to to keep track of the same to receive the same after the job work.
