This rubric evaluates visual verbal journal pages across several criteria on a scale from unsatisfactory to advanced. The criteria include design principles, creativity and voice, research, skill and craftsmanship, and improvement. For each criterion, the rubric describes the level of performance for scores between 12-13, 14-15, 16-17, and 18-20 points.

This training material was prepared for my team consisting primarily of Graphic Designers with the objective that they'd start approaching their work like artists.
