away this show how hard he worked. His work was precise nicking and slicing neatly

There is quite a lot of alliteration in digging e.g. curd cuts digging down and down
and the squelch and slap of soggy peat this gives the poem life it makes it more
interesting to read. The opening simile is striking Heaney s pen is snug as a gun . It
shows how perfectly the pen fits his hand, this shows how well suited Heaney is to
write. (In the fourth stanza, Heaney describes how perfectly his father s body is in
tune with the spade, showing how well suited he is to dig.) The gun image also
suggests the strength of the pen, it is a weapon for writing.
There is a writing technique called enjambment which means lines in a poem that run
on from on to another without a punctuation or pause.

Night Book Critique Night, by Elie Wiesel, is a story about a Jewish boy growing
up during World War II. The main character in the book, Eliezer Wiesel, talks about
the different experiences he had during World War II. He started off by talking
about how everything was normal, and no one was too worried about the war that
was going on. One man, Moishe the Beadle, was taken off to another country, and
when he managed to get back, he warned everyone what would happened if they did
not leave. A few people listened to him, but not Eliezer s parents. A couple years

I would suggest that no one reads the book before they are seniors, maybe juniors,
in high school. I would recommend it to students younger, but some of the stories
are slightly too graphic, like the one where the little boy is being hung, but is not
heavy enough to die right away so he just hung there for a while until he finally
died. I feel that everyone reads the book because it gives people a better insight
into what people experienced in the camps. I knew that the prisoners had a really
rough life in the camps, but this book really opened my eyes to how bad it really
was. People who are planning on being history majors or are going into politics
should read this book at least twice. This would be so that they make sure that
something like this does not happen again. Also, more so for the history majors, to
teach other people the effects that living in the camps had on people. One example
that really showed the effect of the camp was at the end when Eliezer looked at
himself in the mirror and did not recognize himself. These are the main reasons I

methylbutane by reacting 2 methyl 2 butanol (t amyl alcohol) with hydrochloric
acid. Alkyl halides are of wide interest because they are widespread and have diverse

Before we evaluate the role of technology let us take a moment to discuss an
example of research taken from a time when resources were limited to what was

While his notion of asceticism may be a bit extreme, Schopenhauer offers an

more are in danger of physical, emotional (neglect) and sexual abuse that could

because child abuse is a very big issue in our world. The problem with child abuseand
neglectis that someone is harming a child, most likely their own, and they don t care
about it. In the novel Frankenstein, Shelley argues that child abuse and neglect are
unethical and that no one should be abused. This concept is scattered all over the

According to ChildLife, a child abuse hotline in Pennsylvania, there were more than
400 child deaths due to abuse between 2010 and 2014, and approximately 29,273
cases of abuse in the year in 2014 (Routh).
One aspect of child abuse that makes it so bad is that people who are guilty of
child abuse do not always do it on purposefully. For example, in July of 2011, Jaren
Hare, age 21, was charged with manslaughter, third degree murder and child
neglect. Her 2 year old daughter had been killed by their python. According to the
St. Petersburg Times, the snake was underfed, and when it escaped from the cage,
was found in the morning wrapped around the baby. When Ms. Hare s boyfriend
found the lifeless child, there were fang marks on her arms and forehead (Anton).
This is seen as unethical because we could argue if this is or is not the mother s
fault since she had a python in the same house as a baby. Even though the mother
didn t put the python in the crib with the baby, the very fact that she left a baby
unsupervised counts as neglect and abuse. Now she has to face the consequence of
losing her child.
Another sad aspect about child abuse is that the people who commit child abuse are
not always the parents. In this instance, the mothers of several children gave
permission for two strangers
