 Participated in various menu presentation with all the airlines catered through Abu Dhabi
International airport.
 Conducted food yield tests to minimize wastages in the production department.

 Ensured that the goods are above 50% of their shelf life during the time of receiving in the
stores, moreover ensured that the First in First out (FIFO) is implemented at all times.
 Monitoring and supervising of cook –chill process of the food products and temperature

 Ensure proper storage, stock rotation and check refrigerator and freezers and its operations
and temperature.
 To maintain the high standard of food safety by recording temperature of Raw, Cooked, and
portioned food.
 To record the dish wash machine, temperature and level of disinfection of potable water.
