The HSE Supervisor is responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all
environmental, health, and safety programs for Agthia. This position will develop and provide technical and
administrative direction on all HSE decisions, which bear critical importance to overall Division objectives,
operations, and profitability. HSE Supervisor is responsible for establishing a HSE Management System
that is compliant with OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO14001:2015 and ADEHSMS (OHSAD), monitor compliance
with the HSE management system.

Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Environmental Science / Safety / Engineering, or related technical field , IOSH / NEBOSH
/ OHSAS & ISO 14001 Lead auditor certifications equivalent certifications or IIRSM (MIIRSM), IOSH
membership
Valid UAE Driving License
Minimum Experience:
5-7 years functional experience; out of which 2 years should be in an equivalent Supervisory
position
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a large organization in similar capacity.

Fluent English speaking and excellent report writing skills
Qualified in implementation of EMS and OHSAS
