Our life is very stressful, we are suffering every time by health, wealth, relationship issues. We need to stop this all stress, we need to heal our negative karma, negative actions and expand our aura and chakra.
In each of us there is a Mothering energy, known for centuries as the key to spiritual enlightenment. It lies dormant, coiled in the Sacrum bone at the base of the spine. It is called Kundalini,
meaning feminine coiled energy. When awakened, we feel a
gentle cool fountain of energy above the top of the head and
cool vibrations on the hands. Sometimes a warm energy is felt as the Kundalini encounters friction in its path - however this will
clear to cool vibrations. The awakened Kundalini connects us
with our spirit and the universal love that surrounds and
pervades everywhere. This union of our spirit with the Divine
energy is the true Yoga event - yoga means ‘union’ or ‘yoking’.
Sahaja Yoga means ‘born with you’. Everyone has this energy
which can now be awakened spontaneously. With our attention
in the flow of cool vibrations above our head, we go into pure
thoughtless meditation. Then, with simple short daily practice,
we quickly experience the peace, joy and other amazing
benefits that this meditation brings. No need to believe, we
simply feel the truth as it manifests on our central nervous
system.
Founded by Shri Mataji in 1970, Sahaja Yoga is based on
principles of spirituality, humility and love that are over 2000
years old.
The second chakra is the chakra of creativity, pure attention and pure knowledge. It is the one which connects us to the inner source of inspiration and enables us to experience the beauty around us. This is also the center of pure, steady attention and power of concentration. On the physical level it looks after our liver, kidneys and the lower abdomen. When we think too much, this center gets drained of energy and damage to the chakra occurs.
We cover yoga history, philosophy, anatomy and the relatively unexplored field of yoga psychology.

Your Nabhi chakra is located within your spinal column. It can be found parallel to your navel. It is closely associated with your solar plexus. The vibrations of your Nabhi chakra can be felt in your middle fingers. The function of your abdominal organs (stomach, liver, kidneys, and bowels) is regulated by the Nabhi and Swadisthan chakras along with the Void. These three subtle centers work as an integrated unit in ensuring a harmonious physiologic environment in your body.
The Agnya chakra is the gateway to your Sahasrara chakra (Kingdom of God), which symbolizes the purest spiritual realm. Sahaja Yoga meditation is the simplest way to purify your mind and intentions. It allows your Kundalini energy to pass through the Agnya chakra and into the Sahasrara. The experience is quite miraculous, relieving and joyous as you find yourself connected to the higher power that created the universe.

Yoga Ayurveda Workshop for Yoga StudiosDaniel Amme
Yoga and Ayurveda have long been linked together as two complimentary systems of human development. They grew up organically intertwined through their common ancient Vedic roots – the legacy of the legendary Himalayan rishis who understood the laws of the universe and the inner process of cosmogenesis that holds the keys to all transformations. The two systems have maintained a long and intimate history, interacting upon and enhancing one another up to the present day. Ayurveda is the “second phase” of interest in Yoga, which builds upon the first phase of interest in Yoga as an exercise system.

Holistic approach in_hospital_medicineDrVasu Brown
The Ancient Meridian medicine theory postulates that energy circulates constantly throughout the body, much as does blood, by means of invisible channels known as meridians. These are perceptible as series of sensitive points on the skin. It is these points - detectable by hand and electrical apparatus that are treated most commonly by acupressure, acupuncture or with Ancient Mud pack therapy, heat applications and therapeutic massage. This presentation is to understand and utilize in the hospital and nursing home patients for health care practitioners.

Explore how the chakra in body have been talked about throughout the historical time and way to unlock the potential of human body through these chakras
A clear and basic introduction to the principals of Ayurveda. This power point is the presentation I created to help people gain a deeper understanding of Ayurveda.
Eastern philosophy and medicine, originating in ancient India and China, have traditionally regarded body structures and the life processes occurring within as inseparable. Their terminology resides halfway between structure and function and identifies certain entities in the human body, representing the flow of life energy and, in some sense, conduits for that flow that do not correspond to anatomical structures recognized by Western science and medicine. The chakras are the energy centers in a person’s biological field and are responsible for his or her physiological and psychological condition as well as certain groups of organs. All vital functions of the human body are determined by energy that spins in the chakras. These can be defined as
“whirlpools referred,” and in Indian, they are considered “energy bursts” or “wheels.”
The process of energy transformation happens exactly in these centers. Vital energy, along with blood, circulates around the meridians in the chakras and fuels all organs and systems in the human body. When the circulation in these meridians stagnates, the human body becomes susceptible to various disorders. An excellent preventative method, designed explicitly to battle such stagnation is Chi Gun, an ancient Chinese method for self-healing which activates the energy centers. Chi Gun teaches people to release the energy themselves by massaging specific areas corresponding to the different chakras.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

2. WHAT IS REIKI?
A form of spiritual healing and spiritual
practice used for the treatment of
physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual
diseases
Practitioners use a technique similar to
the laying on of hands, in which they
claim to be channels for energy ("Ki")
guided by a universal spirit or spiritual
nature ("Rei") — flowing through their
palms to heal a person wherever they may
need healing
3. REIKI HEALING
The client lies down (fully clothed) on a padded treatment
table. The energy passes through clothing and bandages.
Energy is transferred to the client through the hands of the
practitioner in a sequence of standardized positions where
the hands are placed allowing energy from the 'life force'
begins to flow, bringing healing and love.
No pressure applied and no manipulation of tissues (as in
massage, for example).
In each position, the hands are simply rested on the client for
3-5 minutes. A full treatment usually takes about an hour.
A Reiki treatment is a spiritual practice because it works
directly with energy, or 'spirit.'
Does not require any special belief system, hypnosis,
breathing, postures, or physical exercises.
Stands alone or can be used to complement other healing
modalities including orthodox medicine. Many people also
use Reiki as a preventive practice.
