This document summarizes a 17-year-old student's project on becoming "Ranger quality" in all aspects of their life in preparation to join the US Army. The student trained physically and mentally 3 times a week focusing on endurance, strength, stamina and teamwork. Their training included activities like pushups, running, carrying weights and obstacle courses. Through this rigorous training led by their mentor Sergeant Zeidler, the student learned discipline, overcame challenges like ADD and is now confident they can succeed in the military and overcome difficulties at Ranger School.
