This document summarizes a 17-year-old student's project on becoming "Ranger quality" in all aspects of their life in preparation to join the US Army. The student trained physically and mentally 3 times a week focusing on endurance, strength, stamina and teamwork. Their training included activities like pushups, running, carrying weights and obstacle courses. Through this rigorous training led by their mentor Sergeant Zeidler, the student learned discipline, overcame challenges like ADD and is now confident they can succeed in the military and overcome difficulties at Ranger School.

 Grade: 12th
 LET Level: 4
 I have train myself to obtain Ranger quality
in every aspect of my life, physically and
mentally.

3.  The research I did was on the history,
accomplishments, and requirements it takes
to become a US. Army Ranger.
 My project topic was becoming ranger quality
in all of my life aspects, and repairing myself
to enter Ranger School in my prime, with 0
difficulty in all challenges faced.
 To this day the Rangers still train in the ways of combat
derived from the Indians in its origins.

4.  After all the training I have endured I can now
enter the military and finish off in the top
percentile of all the other trainees going
through basic at the same time as me.
 And not just that but I am also mentally
prepared to go to Ranger school and overcome
the pain and keep pushing even when other
give up.

5.  I am entering the military after this year of
school. I am planning on a military career, and
I have a undying love for this path I've chosen.
 I chose this because I want to better myself, and
become the best of the best, and this project
taught me how to get there.

6.  I became better, and achieved title of the elite,
because I push my hardest in every challenge
faced physical, and mental.
 WHEN:
 The training for this was done every Monday
Tuesday and Thursday. At 6:30 am till 7:45 am.
this schedule was every week. After December
practice/ training was every Monday and
Tuesday at the same time, and Thursday was
done on my own from 5-8 pm

 Work outs were, FLUTTER KICKS (200), Ruck
marching (2-3miles) , push ups (30x 3 count),
running (2Miles) , sprinting (50-100 yards) , sit ups
(100 crunch sit ups), Death lap (1), relay races, and
litter carrying.

23.  Mike Zeidler (Sargent Zeidler)
 The reason I choose to pick Sargent Zeidler was
because he is a Ranger instruct (trained soldiers
to become Ranger), he was able to guide me,
and mentor me to person perfection, which
was something I for a long while lacked in my
life.

24.  Dehydration was a big problem.
 Had to drink tons of water!
 Sometimes the PT was over whelming.
 I just had to “Ranger Up!” and get over “the suck”.

25.  I learned how to over come many challenges
I've faced all of my life.
 For one, I've taken ADD medication since 6th grade,
after all of the work I've done, I'm proud to say I no
long take it, because that was something I could over
come.
 I also learned I can do ANYTHING no matter the
challenge!
I decided to make a life style change out of what I've
learned, and hope to share it with other, to motivate
them to better them selves!

 Discipline, confidence, and over all a healthier
life!
