It's good to be kind and care for other people feeling but one more person you need to be kind with and care for is yourself. So, love yourself by learning to say 'NO'. Don't say 'Yes' and your mind want to say 'No'. Don't hurt yourself like that.

2. The serious side determines my
passion and rigor for sports: hard work
and perseverance helped me to
succeed in realizing my aspirations. I
always strive for excellence, with rigor
and absolute attention to detail.
Serious
3. I am very polyvalent because I like on one-hand
individual sports such as cardio equipment,
yoga and fitness, which makes me more
effective and perseverant. And, in a second
hand, I really enjoy team games, like basketball
and combat striking, where I can explore my
full potential but also, lead, participate and
improve the group’s ability to have better
trainings. I can talk about polyvalence because I
like trying new sports, but I will always be loyal
to the ones who have enabled me a constant
and growing self-development.
Polyvalent
4. Optimism is the key to better
performances. Without being that
optimist and patient I would never have
become what I am today. Practising
sports activities requires a lot of patience,
a will to succeed and an optimistic
attitude; otherwise you’ll give up.
Optimistic
5. Results are significant: they are the
proof of the quality of the work
performed, and that’s what keeps us
going further: it explains why you will
give all you need to keep on
progressing and remain you motivated.
Results can be positive and sometimes
negative, but they should never
influence your commitment.
Results
6. Tenacious
Lastly, I used the word “tenacious” because I
believe that difficult roads leads to beautiful
destinations, and things in general must no be
abandoned; when I start something, I must
complete it in a good way. It is not just about
being successful once but giving daily all that
you have in order to achieve your objectives.
Tenacity occurs in your mind, not in the gym or
training ground and it’s not just the result of a
competition or comparison: only you can
determine yours.
7. SPORT
Through those five letters, I have done my best to explain what kind of
person I am. Sports in general have allowed me to become a stronger
person. All the changes I’ve made have contributed to my personal and
professional development. In high school, I decided to change everything:
my way of living, eating, thinking and working. Thanks to sports I
discovered myself in a better way and I was really proud of what I was
becoming. At this time, I gained self-confidence, I was getting much
better grades, and my shyness was reduced. Having a healthy body
changes everything in our way of thinking: you feel lighter, smarter, more
attractive, and all of that contribute to a healthy mind. That explains why
my motto is “Mens sana in corpore sano”.
