Main Duties
Collect the proper schedule break up from different vendors, sub contractors as well as internal
departments to prepare master schedule/ Base program and define the critical path and total project
duration.
Prepare and issue master schedule/ Base program. Define the critical path and schedule.
Preparation of action plan for planning package including list of requirements. Define main logic
strategy with executing teams. Define project detailed activities and group them into WBS.
Discuss and finalize the schedule with the PM and all concern parties.
Kick off Meetings with vendor for finalization over techno commercial issues.
Prepare Project control procedure and reports, summary and detailed schedule bar chart, progress
report format, histogram, S-curve.
Verify and issue Update reports in terms of schedule, progress, S-curve and Areas of concern.
Coordinating with all inter department like design , purchase, site to ensure all the materials is as per
the technical specification and scheduled delivery of the same.
Periodic visits to site to evaluate execution status, identify the delays, impact of delays and reschedule
the program as applicable.
Attend the periodic meeting (Internal, Subcontract, Client) and Co-ordination with all parties to resolve
problem areas/ to overcome the slippages.
Reporting to higher Authority for daily/weekly/monthly progress/status report and clear each
minor/major logs.
Prepare Recovery Program or Mitigation Program when project demands.
Taking part in Commissioning activities of major equipments.
Collect proper correspondences accordingly to claim Extension of Time.
Prepare contractual letters incl. Delay letters, Contractual letters.
Prepare Individual Impact Analysis Program and Overall Impact Analysis Program.
