 Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs and methodologies of
construction & coordination with Site team.
 Supervision of a team of engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks.
 Preparation and review of Method Statements, Work Specific Quality Control Plans.
 Preparation of Imported & Indigenous tracker of all the deliverables.
 Attending Conference Calls with Client for Monthly updates.
 Project forecast.
 Project Scheduling, Monitoring and Tracking on fortnight basis.
 Preparing site safety procedures and methods to minimize accidents and conducting safety
audits on quarterly basis
