This document discusses an investigation into the problems faced by women school teachers in rural Faisalabad, Pakistan. It outlines the objectives of the study, which are to understand the characteristics and facilities available to women entrepreneurs and suggest measures to equip them with business skills. It also discusses the status and role of teachers, as well as the different levels of schools. Finally, it details some of the key problems faced by women teachers in rural areas, such as a lack of transportation, childcare facilities, training opportunities, and basic school resources. The methodology section describes how data was collected through questionnaires from 120 women respondents across villages in Faisalabad to analyze in a thesis.
