The boy goes to his bedroom and lights his thumb on fire with his powers, speaking in Italian. When the girl enters without knocking and sees his thumb on fire, he hides it but admits to having powers. He has her close the door and demonstrates by lighting his thumb on fire again, showing off two powers with his hands and amazing the girl.

1. Script for MediaPreliminary Task
The character goes upstairs to his bedroom. He comes in the room and takes a sit. He has powers,
he does his thumb on fire. He speaks in Italian.
Boy: Questo è il mio preferito (this is my favorite power).
At this moment the female character enters the room, without knocking.
Girl: Carlo, can I come in?(she comes in without listening the answer)
What the hell is that?
Boy: Oh, no nothing! (hiding the thumb).
Girl: No! Your thumb was definetly on fire! I know what I saw!
Boy: Okay, okay. Close the door, first.
The girl closes the door behind her.
Boy: Listen to me. I’ve got these powers.
Girl: Go on in. Show me!
Boy: Okay, wait…hold on…wait a second…(shaking his thumb three times and then his thumb is on
fire).
He shows her two of his powers with the hands.
Girl: Wow! This is amazing!
The prelim task finishes with the boy’s hand goes down and then the title.
