don t succeed you might be bullied at school for trying but then failing, the kid might be called a
failure at school. Kids with a low self esteem are likely to be bullied and kids that are bullied are
more likely to get depressed and kids that are depressed are more likely to use drugs and get in
trouble with the law. Some kids with a low self esteem might have gotten this problem from
extreme sports.
Some people might say Extreme sports are good for teens because it teaches them endurance,

Parasitic or Mutual Symbiotic Relationship?

Abstract:
Our experiment is designed to show the symbiotic relationship between the mycorrhizal fungus and
spinach plant. We constructed a 2X2 table of live molasses and controlled groups. Our hypothesis
is that the live molasses with mycorrhizae group will extend the plants root bodies and increase the
total surface area of the plant. That being said, the fungus and the plant will have a symbiotic
mutual relationship towards each other. Our predictions came out to be false. The controlled groups
had a higher average in shoot length and wet mass, which indicates that the plant and fungus have a
parasitic relationship towards each other.

The mycorrhizae benefited from the sugars but the plant did not benefit from the mycorrhizae,
which caused them to not extend their root bodies. The controlled groups had higher averages
than the lived averages. Also, the class averages were similar to our data as well. For future
experiments, the plants with mycorrhizae should be given more molasses, which will allow us to
detect if the plant and fungus have a symbiotic relationship or not. There have been many studies
that provide mycorrhizae aiding plants for nutrients, proper growth, and survival. However, there
are experiments that will show outliers and proving that not all studies are correct, which basically
demonstrates the field of biology. In biology, we constantly perform numerous experiments to
validate our hypothesis. But, there are exceptions when our hypothesis comes out to be false,

What I Want With My Life
Growing up in Miami I have gotten accustomed to the cold and impersonal interactions attributed
to living in a big city. Although I enjoy all of the opportunities that are presented by metropolitan
areas, it disheartens me to know that most people in urban settings do not know their neighbors.
Via avian perspective, you can see the large scale segregation of classes and ethnic groups. Little
Havana, Little Haiti, and Little Puerto Rico are just some examples of the neighborhoods I have

Historical And Textual Data Of The Mesopotamian Religion
The Mesopotamian religion has not a large amount of information uncovered. There are both
archaeological and textual data that has been found on religious beliefs of the early Sumerian
civilization survive. The typical temples were constructed of mud bricks and adorned with
buttresses and many small cones of different colors. On the inside there was a niche for the image
of the deityright in front of an offering table. The early sanctuaries were simple in their style but
the later new temples contained spacious courts, which were rooms for attendant priests and a
ziggurat. There were three types of textual materials that have been discovered: prayers,
descriptions of the rituals conducted by priests, and mythological literature. Prayers were always
associated with specific rites to be performed by the person offering the prayers or by a priest
attached to the sanctuary. The prayers would consist of invocations to the gods, requests for
assistance, and expressions of gratitude for past favors or for dangers averted. There was a rule,

Don t think of a pink elephant. Come on don t let the picture creep into your mind. Stop thinking of
that... Pink Elephant (Gardner). It has been proven that putting a don t or a not into a statement can
cause the brain to have difficulties in interpreting the statement. In sports, players tend to tell
themselves not to do something. In soccer, a goalie might tell him/herself to not let the other team
score a goal, and then the team does. Or in tennis, players tell themselves not to serve the ball into
the net, and then they do just that. Sometimes they tell themselves to do something, and that athlete
might end up doing the unthinkable. With three seconds left in the game, a basketball player might

We Must Complete Co Ops
I will never cease to be amazed by how quickly I fall in love with ideas. I become completely
consumed with a thought. I will go to New Zealand and work there and hike everyday, living out of
a van with my best friend. I will attend Business school and love it and travel the world while
doing so. I will go to Fiji, live on a rural island for four months teaching a class of ten year olds
how to do longdivision. I have been lucky enough that all of the above things I have had to
opportunity to do. Well. I am still in the process of business school and I might not say that I

break through. I only found out about this idea 24 hours ago and I have been completely consumed
with it for that entire time.
In school we must complete co ops; a great chance to try out careers to get some experience
under your belt and they are paid. So it is exam time now which means procrastination is at an
all time high. Lately when I procrastinate I look up potential careers for myself. It helps to
motivate me, seeing a career that I would love to do that a business degree would be necessary
for. It promotes the mindset that maybe I am doing the right thing spending ten thousand dollars

describes a girl progressing from innocence and naivety at childhood s end to saving herself and

reimagine fairytales, with Mrs Beast being what Little Red Cap could grow up to become with

is a man in a trench coat holding a magnifying glass, a beloved childhood character like Nancy
Drew or the Hardy Boys, or the classic Victorian detective. While all of these may hold true, one
specific person comes to mind at the mention of a detective, Mr. Sherlock Holmes. Along with
images of detectives come preconceived ideas of what a detective or mystery novel should be or
what it should contain. Within the genre, numerous authors have stood out among the others and

Conan Doyle, Doyle employs juxtaposed settings, descriptive imagery, and the symbolism that each
