• Reading the operator’s log book and understanding the plant status
• Endorsing work permits after checking the conditions, mentioned are correct
• Handling maintenance activities and ensuring conditions do not change during the work. In case
any changes occur that prevents maintenance from continuing the job safely, stoping immediately
and informing Shift Controller for action. Reporting incomplete work permits to Shift Controller
• Preparing and providing equipment for maintenance, ensuring job is carried out as per the permit
