 The meaning of word Samsung is Tristar or Three Stars
 The word Three represents something “Big, Numerous and
Powerful”
 Samsung was founded by Lee Byung –Chull in 1938 as trading
company

revenues, and 4th in market value.

 On August 24,2012, nine American jurors ruled that Samsung had to
pay Apple $1.05 billion in damages for violating six of its patents on
Smartphone Technology.
